However, if your item is faulty or damaged due to reasons beyond your control, we’re happy to repair, exchange, or refund it in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. As our pieces are mostly handmade, minor faults can occur, but all jewellery is covered by a 30-day warranty for peace of mind.
