Our Jewellery

Is your Jewellery Water Resistant?

Yes! Our Stainless Steel pieces are water resistant, hypoallergenic, nickel free & tarnish free! Made for every day wear with no need to be taken off. Read how to care for your jewellery here

I have a nickle allergy...

Did you know our two Founders, Sammi & Amber both have a nickel allergy! This inspired them to start Frankly My Dear and now they both can wear jewellery without the fear of developing rashes or being irritated. All our jewellery pieces are hypoallergenic & nickel free!

Are your pearls real?

Yes! All our pearl pieces are real Natural Fresh Water Pearls, we recommend taking great care of them. Please note pearls do naturally come in all different shapes, sizes and colour variations which can occur. This is not classified as a faulty product.

How is your jewellery packaged?

All orders will be sent in 1 x tote bag unless advertised otherwise. It is at our discretion how many products will go into one tote bag. If you wish to add multiple tote bags to your order please click here.

Gift Boxes are also available for purchase here to make a gift extra special. Please note Gift Boxes do not fit inside Tote Bags.If you do choose to purchase a Gift Box, you will not receive a Tote Bag. Any items not in a Gift Box will be put into a Tote Bag.

We keep our packaging to a minimum with the environment in mind as well as for us to continue to provide thoughtfully priced high quality jewellery. Invoices are also emailed to you to avoid wasting paper.

Customisation

Can I customise jewellery to have my initials?

Yes! We have a dedicated Personalised Collection where you can find an array of stunning pieces that allow Engraving, Letter Initials as well as Birth Stones, Birth Flowers & Zodiac Signs!

Can I change the length of a bracelet or a necklace?

Our Jewellery pieces are at standard sizings but as our pieces are handmade we can always look at helping make a custom length for you! Please contact our customer service team, a fee may be applicable for customisation and may not be available for certain pieces.

Do I have to get a Personalised piece engraved?

Not at all! If there's a piece you love from our Personalised Collection and don't wish to have it engraved, you can just put BLANK in the text field and we will send you the piece blank without engraving.

Where can I find the store Pacific Fair

Our Gold Coast store is located in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre on the Ground Floor next to Rosita Flowers close by the carpark entrance. The store is also close to Woolworths & Coles, if you need help finding us you can as the concierge desk! For more information click here

Where can I find the store in Westfield Chermside?

Our Brisbane store is located in Westfield Chermside on Level 1 close by the Valet Parking entrance. The store is also close to David Jones, if you need help finding us you can as the concierge desk! For more information click here

Can I apply to work in the store?

We are always open to hiring staff! Please bring your up to date resume In Store and hand it in to the lovely girls at the desk!

Permanent Jewellery

How much does it cost in total?

For our Permanent Jewellery there's no service fee or hidden fees! $59 for our Forever Bracelet & $69 for our Forever Anklet. If you wish to add any Additional Charms, they'll be $20 per charm.

Is it waterproof? Will it tarnish?

Our permanent jewellery chains are made of Stainless Steel, which is water resistant, hypoallergenic, nickel free & tarnish free! Made for every day wear with no need to be taken off. However we do recommend not to apply any lotions, perfumes or chemicals directly to it as this may damage the shine.

What if it needs to come off?

To remove simply cut at the soldered point and avoid cutting the chain. We recommend keeping your chain as we can help reattach it for you!

How can I purchase this as a gift?

You can make your bookings or we also offer Frankly My Dear Gift Cards!

Do you have an age restriction?

We do not offer permanent jewellery to a customer under the age of 10. Any permanent jewellery done on a child under the age of 16 need to have a guardian present. As we are using an extremely strong metal, it will not break. Therefore if young children get it caught on something they could be injured.

Do you do Private Events & Pop-ups?
