Available Monday to Friday, permanent jewellery bookings at our Frankly My Dear Head Office are in our gorgeous bright and airy studio space in Mermaid Waters.
The address will be disclosed in your booking confirmation and text.
Permanent Bracelets & Permanent Anklets are available at this location.

- Full payment required for bookings
- $59.00 is the full payment for one bracelet, this includes the service & jewellery
- If you’d like to book for multiple people we require each person to book a separate appointment time however it will be quicker than the allowed time slot
- Bookings are in QLD time
- Booking times can only be changed 24 hours before your appointment time and cannot be cancelled, if you fail to show up to your appointment you will be charged a $10 rebooking fee
- You can choose the chain option on arrival
- Discount codes will not apply to permanent jewellery

Parking is limited at our FMD Head Office, we recommend parking and walking into our street from either Surfers Avenue or from the end of Avanti Street in Mermaid Waters.
We do not offer permanent jewellery to a customer under the age of 10. Any permanent jewellery done on a child under the age of 16 need to have a guardian present. As we are using stainless steel as our metal base this is an extremely strong metal and will not break therefore if young children get it caught on something they could be injured.
Production Time
All items are handmade therefore we have a 3 business day production time before items are sent.
For urgent orders we provide a priority production and shipping method, your order will be sent off express post 1 business day from ordering.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is only available from our Head Office on the Gold Coast in Mermaid Waters.
We have a production lead time of 2-4 days. To collect something quicker than this lead time please email hello@franklymydearstore.com
Collection is by appointment only and Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00pm. (Please do not show up without an appointment as staff may be absent at times)
When your order is ready you will receive an email or text message for collection, please text your order number with a collection time to 0420 869 171.
Care Instructions
At Frankly My Dear, we pride ourselves on providing high quality jewellery at an affordable price! All our items are tested to ensure you never need to take off your favourite pieces and can wear over a long period of time however all metals will naturally oxidise over time and do require care and maintenance.
Cleaning:
- Lightly wipe your jewellery with a jewellery cloth to remove any unwanted chemicals from the surface
- Jewellery cloths can be used to polish and bring back the shine of your pieces
Avoid:
- Do not spray perfumes directly onto your jewellery
- Avoid chemicals from lotions, sunscreens & body washes ect
- Do not store your jewellery in high moisture rooms such as bathrooms
- Stainless Steel items can be worn in water however we recommend avoiding chlorine & salt pools or any other chemicals and high concentrations.
- To increase life longevity and maintenance for all metals, we recommend avoiding showering and swimming.
Warranty
Our items come with a 30 day warranty.
There are no returns on any monogrammed products unless faulty.
Care must be taken as per care instructions.
Natural oxidisation is not a fault of the jewellery this is something that happens to all types of metals and is out of our control. We will cover items within the warranty period if we feel care has been taken and this is a fault in the plating process.
Packaging
All orders will be sent in 1 x tote bag unless advertised otherwise. It is at our discretion how many products will go into one tote bag. If you wish to add multiple tote bags to your order please click here.
Gift Boxes are also available for purchase here to make a gift extra special. Please note Gift Boxes do not fit inside Tote Bags. If you do choose to purchase a Gift Box, you will not receive a Tote Bag. Any items not in a Gift Box will be put into a Tote Bag.
We keep our packaging to a minimum with the environment in mind as well as for us to continue to provide thoughtfully priced high quality jewellery. Invoices are also emailed to you to avoid wasting paper.
