The Amethyst cluster can be exchanged for the clear quartz and the the rose quartz terminated point can be changed for a clear quartz terminated point by leaving a note at checkout.

We provide a high quality costume jewellery. Please refer to our care guide at the bottom of the website for more details.

- For longevity do not wear items in the water as it will increase the oxidisation process

- Do not apply lotions/perfumes onto jewellery as this will damage the plating. 

You can expect to have minimum 12 months wear out of our stainless/sterling collection as long as care is taken however metal oxidisation is out of our control. 

Our items come with a 30 day warranty unless sterling silver which has a 90 day warranty.

There are no returns on any monogrammed products unless faulty.

Care must be taken as per care instructions.

Natural oxidisation is not a fault of the jewellery this is something that happens to all types of metals and is out of our control. We will cover items within the warranty period if we feel care has been taken and this is a fault in the plating process. 

Unless otherwise advertised items are sent in a tote bag. As we are trying to minimise wastage and do our part for the environment multiple items in an order will be sent in one tote bag. If you require multiple, you will need to email hello@franklymydearstore this is not a guarantee and is dependant on stock. We will not send out additional tote bags after you have received an order. 

Invoices are emailed to you and to save wasting paper we do not print and send with your order.
