All of our pieces are handmade to order and any special request on sizing are welcomed. Please just make a note when you place your order if you require it smaller or larger.

Model wears a size Australian 8 shoe. 

Chain - Nickel free, copper based, silver, gold or rose gold plated.

Postage -

Australia: Sent via Registered Post, your signature is required on delivery. Lead time approximately 2-4 business days. Your tracking number will be added to your order once sent.

If you request the item to be left at the door, your package will not be trackable and FMD will not be liable for missing items.

Overseas: Sent via DHL, lead time for NZ is approximately 4 business days, rest of the world is approximately 10 business days.  Express Post is approximately 2 business days. Your tracking number will be added to your order once shipped. 

Please Note: If you choose NZ shipping when located in a different country you will be contacted to pay the difference.

We provide a high quality costume jewellery. Please refer to our care guide at the bottom of the website for more details.

- For longevity do not wear items in the water as it will increase the oxidisation process

- Do not apply lotions/perfumes onto jewellery as this will damage the plating. 

You can expect to have minimum 12 months wear out of our stainless/sterling collection as long as care is taken however metal oxidisation is out of our control. 

Our items come with a 30 day warranty unless sterling silver which has a 90 day warranty.

There are no returns on any monogrammed products unless faulty.

Care must be taken as per care instructions.

Natural oxidisation is not a fault of the jewellery this is something that happens to all types of metals and is out of our control. We will cover items within the warranty period if we feel care has been taken and this is a fault in the plating process. 

Unless otherwise advertised items are sent in a tote bag. As we are trying to minimise wastage and do our part for the environment multiple items in an order will be sent in one tote bag. If you require multiple, you will need to email hello@franklymydearstore this is not a guarantee and is dependant on stock. We will not send out additional tote bags after you have received an order. 

Invoices are emailed to you and to save wasting paper we do not print and send with your order.
