This is our seconds sale for faulty Emalee necklaces. These are pieces that are perfectly fine to be worn however have had smell defects that meant we wouldn't sell for full price. Details of defects below:
  • Inside of Locket has plating issues which have caused discolouration. This does not effect wearing the necklace and won't be seen especially if you glue a photo inside. (Photo 2)
  • 1 x Rose Gold has a small discolouration where the rose is showing lighter at the bottom of the charm (Photo 1)
  • A small dint which is only noticeable close up (Photo 3) 
  • Sterling Silver, 18ct Gold or 18ct Rose Gold Plated
  • Can engrave 1 letter per charm (Can do both sides)
  • Charm Size 15mm
  • 49cm
  • Can put a small picture inside the locket. The Locket only opens as far as pictured. Do not force open any further. 
  • No returns on faulty pieces that are on sale.

We provide a high quality costume jewellery. Please refer to our care guide at the bottom of the website for more details.

- For longevity do not wear items in the water as it will increase the oxidisation process

- Do not apply lotions/perfumes onto jewellery as this will damage the plating. 

You can expect to have minimum 12 months wear out of our stainless/sterling collection as long as care is taken however metal oxidisation is out of our control. 

Our items come with a 30 day warranty unless sterling silver which has a 90 day warranty.

There are no returns on any monogrammed products unless faulty.

Care must be taken as per care instructions.

Natural oxidisation is not a fault of the jewellery this is something that happens to all types of metals and is out of our control. We will cover items within the warranty period if we feel care has been taken and this is a fault in the plating process. 

Unless otherwise advertised items are sent in a tote bag. As we are trying to minimise wastage and do our part for the environment multiple items in an order will be sent in one tote bag. If you require multiple, you will need to email hello@franklymydearstore this is not a guarantee and is dependant on stock. We will not send out additional tote bags after you have received an order. 

Invoices are emailed to you and to save wasting paper we do not print and send with your order.
